⚡ Power supply in private rooms will be available only during sleep timings, so that guests can adapt there eyes to darkness and enhance there meteor

- 3:00 PM – Arrival & Check-in 🕒
Arrive at the campsite by 3:00 PM. Registrations and payments close at 3:30 PM. You’ll be allotted your tents or rooms (all tents include comfortable bedding and a camping light).
- 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM – Evening Snacks 🍵
Enjoy freshly prepared hot onion pakodi and tea in the peaceful forest setting.
- 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM – Nature Forest Walk 🌳
A soothing guided forest walk through water streams—perfect to begin your outdoor experience.
- 6:15 PM – Astronomy Session Begins 🌠
A guided introduction to the night sky and telescopes by the Star Dust Astronomy Club.
Hands-on experience with:
🔭 Celestron NexStar 8SE (Computerised Telescope)
🔭 Explore Scientific 16” Truss Tube Dobsonian (one of Hyderabad’s largest)
- Observe the Moon’s craters, learn how telescopes work, and explore the evening sky.
- 7:00 PM – Saturn Observation 🪐
Witness Saturn’s razor-thin rings, a rare phenomenon that occurs once every 15 years.
- 8:30 PM – 9:15 PM – Satvik Dinner 🍽️
A comforting vegetarian meal served under the open sky.
- 9:15 PM – 10:30 PM – Bonfire with Music 🔥
Unwind around the warm bonfire with soft, soulful music.
- 10:30 PM – Late-Night Telescope Observation + Geminids Begin 🌌
Astronomy session continues with telescope observations of deep sky objects.
The Geminids Meteor Shower starts showing activity.
- 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM – Geminids Meteor Shower Peak Watch 🌠
Lie back and witness one of the strongest meteor showers of the year, with up to 100–150 meteors per hour under ideal dark skies.
- 4:00 AM – Early Morning Sky Watch🌌
Observe Jupiter along with its four Galilean moons.
- 6:00 AM – Sunrise Trek & Cave Exploration 🌅
A refreshing early morning trek to a cave viewpoint to witness a beautiful sunrise.
- 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM – Solar Observation ☀️
Observe the Sun safely through a solar filter, see sunspots (if present), and learn about solar activity and solar telescope techniques.
- 8:30 AM – Breakfast 🍳
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast followed by relaxation and group photos.
