📍 4:00 PM – Check-in & Campus Exploration 🤝🏞️
Arrive at the venue, complete check-in, and receive your welcome kit. Between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, participants are welcome to explore the IIT Hyderabad campus and enjoy its scenic surroundings.
🚴 Note: Bike riders must wear helmets — entry inside the campus premises without helmets will not be permitted.

📍 5:00 PM – Session Begins (Open-Air Auditorium)
The event starts sharp at 5:00 PM in the open-air auditorium. Please be seated on time to not miss the introduction session.

📍 5:00 PM – Telescope Basics, Sky Orientation & Solar Observation 🔭☀️
Learn how telescopes work, get oriented with the night sky, and safely observe the Sun through a solar telescope.

📍 6:15 PM – Evening Snack & Tea ☕🍪
Enjoy light snacks and tea amidst nature before night observations begin.

View Saturn’s stunning rings and moons through high-powered telescopes – an unforgettable sight!

📍 7:45 PM – The Moon Show Begins! 🌕
Observe the Moon’s craters, valleys, and shadows in breathtaking detail, and learn about its fascinating history.

📍 8:30 PM – Cosmic Talk & Q&A Session ✨
A fun, interactive discussion with astronomy experts. Ask your questions and explore the wonders of the universe!
