📍 Location: Rachakonda Campsite
👥 Capacity: Limited to 100 adults only

💰 Accommodation Pricing (Per Person)

🏠 Dormitory Room: ₹3,000/-
⛺ Camping Tent: ₹2,500/-
🏠 Family Room: ₹4,000/-
🏠 Double Sharing Room: ₹5,000/-

👧 Kids (5–12 years): ₹2,000 (any accommodation)
👶 Below 5 years: Complimentary

⚡ Power supply in private rooms will be available only during sleeping hours to help your eyes adapt to darkness and enhance the stargazing experience.

🕒 Event Schedule

🏕️ 3:00 PM – Arrival & Check-in
• Registrations close at 3:30 PM
• Allocation of tents & rooms with bedding and camping lights 🔦

☕ 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM | Evening Snacks
• Fresh hot onion pakodi served in a serene forest atmosphere 🌲

🌳 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM | Guided Forest Nature Walk
• Explore forest trails and water streams with our experienced guides 🍃💧

• Welcome & introduction
• Event briefing

• Basics of stargazing 🌠

🔭 6:30 PM | Astronomy Session Begins

 Telescope experience with:
🔭 Explore Scientific 16” Truss Tube Dobsonian ( Hyderabad's largest telescope available for Hyderabad)
• Additional telescopes to understand working mechanisms

🌙 Moon observation & telescope basics
✨ 31.2% Moon illumination allows a balance of lunar details and deep-sky visibility

🪐 7:00 PM | Planetary Observation
• Observe planets and understand their movements 🌍

🍽️ 8:30 PM – 9:15 PM | Dinner
• Delicious vegetarian dinner under the open night sky 🌌

🔥🥁🎶 9:15 PM – 10:30 PM | Bonfire & Drum Circle
• Warm bonfire
• Rhythmic drum circle experience

🌠 10:30 PM onwards | Late-Night Stargazing
• Deep-sky observations: star clusters, nebulae & galaxies
• Jupiter 🔵 and its Galilean moons through powerful telescopes
